12/12 lower load/upper pump
Since I missed a day I had to choose between lower MR or loading so went with loading since legs already had a pump day and glad I did!! Was a pretty damn good one.
Hack squat
3.5 pps × 10/9(last rep was a ball buster!)
Pivot leg press
6 pps × 10
Lying ham curls
110 × 9.5
Calves
4 sets × 10-12 reps
Upper pump all 20-30 reps
H.S. hi row SS w/ standing chest press machine
DB laterals SS w/ DB rear laterals
