Since I missed a day I had to choose between lower MR or loading so went with loading since legs already had a pump day and glad I did!! Was a pretty damn good one.

12/20 upper load/lower pump
Yesterday was killer day till got to legs part. Hopped on leg press and after 1 warm up and 1st set my ole tear drops locked up something terrible. Everytime I stood up they'd cramp again. Looked like a dog with boots on tryna walk out. Should've warmed up better but at least I did get 40 reps in. I even had Pedialyte pre workout.

12/29 lower load upper pump day
So I'm back from NOLA and hadn't touched a weight in 5 days and I don't care . Was a pretty good time aside from the bums, piss smell, and thought I really wouldn't get any "big guy" comments but apparently I stand out in big city too. I've never walked so damn much in all my life!!! Time off did me good tho. Smashed some legs yesterday. Keep surprising myself weekly it seems. My upper back is more sore than my damn legs.

I've tried and tried to make the hammer incline work but smith machine incline is so much better. Which is odd because when flat the Smith just hurts my shoulders and limits my rom. That said, switched to Smith on this day vs. the hammer incline.

Nola was kind of a pain having to show negative test but I learned the locals hated it too and most places didn't even really look just a glance for appearances

Totally forgot to update log yesterday. Yesterday was an upper load/lower pump day with back being the focus then chest 2nd, and was a decent day. Tried pushing a little too hard and missed a few reps but lesson learned. Will update actual workout later.

Alright alright. I've had a few things goin on with docs and shit(nothing serious really) that's just had me mad and stressed out plus started a new work schedule that's been kinda hard to adjust to. Damn near got kicked out gym last week too lol. Actually tried to cancel but that fat fuck of a manager needs the money since so many people done been ran off. Some dude never saw before asked me to turn off my music cause he ain't wanna hear cussing lol and he didn't like my response so called upstairs and had employee come down who I cussed out and eventually threatened along with the snitch caller. He's kinda big dude and likely intimidates people(prolly 25-30lb bigger than me at least) and used to getting his way so did not like whenji told him what a bitch made pussy he was in front of his friend neither of which did a single rep thru my whole squat workout. My partner said he was even gonna call the cops after I left till he got talked out of it. ANYWAYS, I'm switching my training just a little bit to accommodate new schedule but sticking to the fortitude principles as best as I can cause I love the muscle rounds and frequency. I'm afraid each muscle twice a week is gonna have to do for now tho. I'll be regular on my log from now on too so......

It was a decent workout but I wasn't exactly hitting on all cylinders cause someone very close died this weekend. It was an OD but I'd rather not speak on it anymore for now. Couldn't get my head in the game so didn't even do hamstrings like I was supposed to but did feel bad enough about it to break down and do some band RDLs later.
