ppl that do 3 days splits..like myself
Mon: biceps, triceps, shoulders
Tues: OFF
Wed: Legs
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Back and chest
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF
Is that enough workin body parts only 3 times a week? I know a 3 split routine gives the muscle optimum time to recover but is that too much recovery ya think.. I mean not havin the muscles in a warm state.. don't want them to get soggy from havin too much of a break... just curious on yalls thoughts. thx!
