I am a beginner but was wondering is it not possible to get better gains doing a 5 day split with compound moves and isolation moves combined in a way that the muscles dont overtrain?
People say 3 day split is best for beginners but I have allot of time I can spend working out and I was thinking combined with the right diet will 5 day split not bet better?
