You can do it buddy - I've put on a solid 50+ pounds from my first Z cycle in late November of last year - a part of this is - recovery - so 50 pounds is not a typical gain - I just don't want someone new to AAS reading this to expect to put on 50 pounds in less than a year.
I'm expecting once I hit 225 lb - it will be much harder to gain - but I'll have to intensify the plan once I've hit that mark.
dav1dg - you had asked for my states a while back along with someone else last week ... "here was my response to their post."
So far - I haven't posted my states until I fully recover from a major surgery last year.
I had my jaw wired shut for several months and lost over 40lbs - and spiraled into a
big time catabolic state - at the time I had to feed myself with a syringe and couldn't even use a straw.
Right now I have 16 screws in my face - but you could never tell, shit ... "I look better then before"
... got lucky and had a big Harvard surgeon do the surgery.
I'm healthier then ever - but I haven't even weigh myself until I' feel I'm where I want to be.
Well, you know what, screw it - I'll be back...
Ok, just weighed myself - here's where I'm at so far - 5'11 at a lean 215lb with a 32 inch waist.
So I'm getting there - but still have a ways to go - considering where I was last year I'm seeing HUGE improvements.
It's amazing when you hit a "severe" catabolic state - I was loosing weight way too fast - while working out and shoveling in protein ... "it was really scary - thank god blood tests come back very good."
I should be around 225lb - but I couldn't be happier right now with my results!
At your height and 200 pounds dav1dg - you will look like a beast - I know the intensity of your cycles and know - you can do it ... "for sure!"
