hi all..as mentioned b4...had 10 yrs out of the gym...am 40 yrs old and 65 pounds overweight. will it be ok to start on a 4 day split routine?...the reason i ask is my time is really restricted sum days....and bein able to concentrate on 2 body parts a session would be a better option in my opinion!!...can anyone advise different or would this be ok?..any ideas wat routine to follow?...many thanks...mr niceguy
