you guys tell me the diference.and does it matter if your on ph or gear.is training 4 days a week or training 1 bodypart of week is one better than the other .in a way i can see where 1 body part a week can be beneficial.you can proabably workout within 1 hr 1/2 or less.with 4 days a week you gotta cram more stuff within a certain time peroid.which i do , i do 2 days, off, 2 days, off,then repeat.i do;
chest/tris/abs
legs
off
shoulders/traps/abs
back/bis
off
repeat
plus about 20 min on the treadmill except for leg day.ive been slacking on my cardio.but thats not going to be the case this week coming up.well i just wanted to see what you guys think.or if you can answer any of my other quetions.
