33 yr old M
5 11'
210lbs
College athlete, however, nothing heavy on cardio since. Usually lift for a year and something happens and im out for a year then back in. Was out since the start of covid until this September. Been lifting 3-4 times a week ever since. Strength came back very quickly, as did size, however I was eating everything in site so I gained plenty of fat with the muscle.
Measurements before Covid:
185lbs
Chest 42'
Bis' 16 1/2;
Waist 31'
Shoulders 54 1/2
As of 5/16/22:
Since I have bad knees I don't dead or squat heavy but I still like to bench
Flat 315 for 2-3 reps Incline 225 6-7 reps (final set for both)
Started diet on 5/16/22 and at that time my measurements were:
210 lbs
Chest 45 1/2'
Bis' 17'
Waist 38' !!!!!
These pics were from the day I started my diet. 5/16/22:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\
Started MK-2866 12mg a day.
Not following any diet very closely, I always have been low carb, high fat and protein. Only thing I am doing differently is eating small multiple meals and stop eating after 8pm.
5/25/22
Since 5/16 (today is 5/25) I have lost 10 lbs.
Waist 36'
Chest 46 -- idk how the hell that is possible (actually measured as I was writing this and am stunned that I gained a little in chest, Im giving credit to the SARM)
Shoulders 54'
Stepping on the scale I was a little worried that 10 lbs in less than 2 weeks was too much. What do you guys think? I'm probably getting 100-120g of protein a day but probably only 1200-1400 calories a day. Should I be paying attention to anything here?
