6 day workout routine

I do a 6 day workout routine. Sunday-Chest, back Monday-shoulder, legs tuesday- bis tris wed-chest, back thur-shoulder, legs friday-bis tris sat-off. I usually do cardio twice a week too. Im starting to do for the first 3 days highweight/low rep and the last 3days low weight/high rep. I was wondering if that is good enough to do even though 6 days is a lot. Thanks for your help! I appreciate it.
 
i am looking into the same kind of split.. how much volume are you using?
 
Just curious as to why your hitting bi/tris twice in the week?
 
i am thinking about doing a 3 on 2 off 2 on 2 off routine .. hit everything twice except legs and shoulders..

people can be very successful with 2 times a week for bis/tris... it's really about intensity and volume... I've had success with once a week as well as twice a week... I don't think 3 times a week is workable unless you are either on gear or are a newbie...
 
Kewl beans. I've tried legs twice a week, but never arms. For a girl, I have pretty decent size arms, so I don't think twice a week would be needed for me.
 
I was done with hyper extension today sitting on a bench at my gym contemplating whether or not to do arms again. Damnit I wish I did :headbang:
 
can i have some examples of some workouts with higher frequency....
 
full body, 3x/week, 2-4 sets per exercise, mostly compound exercises with 1 or 2 isolation moves thrown in for something or other, not taken to failure and you could vary rep ranges, by week or even within a workout.
