I do a 6 day workout routine. Sunday-Chest, back Monday-shoulder, legs tuesday- bis tris wed-chest, back thur-shoulder, legs friday-bis tris sat-off. I usually do cardio twice a week too. Im starting to do for the first 3 days highweight/low rep and the last 3days low weight/high rep. I was wondering if that is good enough to do even though 6 days is a lot. Thanks for your help!
