I started out about 3 or 4 years ago on the Body For Life Program which recommends 6 small meals daily. While I followed the 6 small meal recommendation (portions size of clinched fist). But I've noticed in the last year or so that I still eat 6 meals but they are no where near small. I usually consume twice as much as a non-dieter eats in his regular meal. They can't believe I eat so much at one seating and then when I tell them I eat like this 6 times a day, thier eyes literally bug out of their head. Don't know where this is going or anything, but just wondered if anyone else experience's this
