6 weeks still no order

hey whats up guys. ive been waiting six weeks since it got shipped out and I still have not recieved a single bit of my order......i understand the overseas ordering takes time but its been awile...can anyone help me? i contacted naps support and everything.
 
Same here Im on 6 weeks. I guess you gotta wait it out. I know it sucks but not much you can do.

dang....i really hope mine dont take this long....im trying not to get too worked up about it.

Im just going to request a reship, my order is "apparently" bouncing around the same country for a week. Ive been fine for 6 weeks but going on 7 im done. No longer acceptable if this info is correct.

tell me about it.... my ticker has been up for two weeks. I started a thread from order to delivery date (TBD) to give people an idea of how long their shipments were taking. now my thread is gone... guess its bad for business if people are writing about poor service.

Though I just made my first purchase with naps a few days ago, keep it mind that they don't own their own courier service. If the item was shipped out, they did all they could on their end. Their job is pretty much done. It could take a year to get to you and that's not Naps fault. However, if the problem is with a long wait for them to actually ship it out, this is different. But it seems if i read the OP correctly, naps had actually shipped the package out and the delay is in transit.

According to tracking number info which didn't work for 4 weeks, it was and still is at the place of origin preparing to ship.... and its now about to go onto week 7 with no change.

Also manbag, keep in mind to not post dates. that will get a thread deleted..read the "disappearing threads" sticky.

I was referring to the OP; however with you, you said "my order is 'apparently' bouncing around the same country for a week." So i would have understood that as been shipped as well. But if it hasn't actually been shipped, then i have no defense for naps on this one.

Mine read the same and never updated but I received my order on the 40th day. They're good to go just give it time
 
ouch man that just has to blow totally ..shipping times semms to have slowed in the last few nonths for every sponsor ont he boards

If Im not mistaken.... I dont recall saying any date in specific just a numerical amount of weeks.
 
Seems like no matter how many times GXR64 posts in a thread that he will help with orders to anyone who PM's him...people still have to post after him saying how long they're still waiting.

PM the fucking rep! I've had to have him track down a pack for me once and he was Johnny on the spot with that shit. Use him, that's what he's here for.

However I don't have enough posts to send him a pm.
I haven't received a letter from customs. I got a tracking # a few weeks ago from naps, but it is not a USPS number and when googled it finds nothing.
Help!

update....I finally got my naps order in it took 6 weeks + but it came in.. Hang in there guys and be patient like i was, naps will come through.
