Dude needs plastic surgery now.. great that he lost the weight but the cost to fix his skin is not going to be cheap. Atleast he can enjoy life more though.

I would bet it would cost more. Only because I dont think you could do all that at once. I bet 3-4 surgeries would be needed... and the anesthesia for that many surgeries is going to astronomical by its self.

I am really just guessing though.
