A couple of questions regarding OSTA-RX

I have a bottle of Osta- Rx on it's way, so i have been doing a lot of research and have a couple of questions that i would like clearing up before i start..

- It states to take 3 caps per day in one does, but wouldn't it be wise to divide the caps into 3 doses, am midday and pm
- Ostarine has been known to have a slight toxicity towards the liver, is a OCS wise to take or is it so minimal that one is not needed
- I will be running the Osta- Rx solo but is there any reasons why a Natty test booster or an AI (formeron) could be used Post cycle

2. advanced cycle support may be used with Osta no problem

3. Osta has a natty test booster included but you may use Ultra male post cycle.

Just who i was hoping to chime in Is a cycle support necessary though from just 20mg ostarine?

ok so 3 caps spread out i am not at home looking at my bottle but think it says 3 caps is a dose which would mean take all 3 at one time which is what i have been doing but from now on i will split them up.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule three (3) times daily in divided doses.
Use in cycles of 4-8 weeks only and take at least 8 weeks off in between cycles.
Do not exceed 3 caps daily as it can suppress testosterone levels!

I truly believe that osta in a dose that high is surely suppressive but that much compared to something like a strong PH/DS. That said, I would most definitely do some kind of PCT with it, Ultra male and an AI would make sense to me. Last time I took it at 30mgs it was suppressive and my boys shrank, libido tanked, all the signs you get with a steroid without test.

3 caps of osta rx is 20mgs though which is not ment to be suppressive, i will be running some daa post cycle but will an AI still be worth using just to be cautious?
