Hey guys, i am a new member here with weight 220 pounds. Looking for the transformation in my body, I will start out this year to lose weight first for the first 6 month and another 4 month to build a great and sexy muscular body but not too much. I join this forum to get some motivation and some tips to achieve my goal. I appreciate if there is some tips and suggestion that you guys can give to me. The most important thing is, i want to make it natural without any products and supplements.
