Hi everyone. I am starting weight training program. thanks to a lot of you I came up with a good routine to begin. But now all I need is a diet. I know to eat up to six meals a day. but what does each meal intell. Should I eat like six chicken meal or what? That's a joke. But seriously, what should I be eating and how often. By the way, I am about 20-30 lbs overweight, but I know how to do the cardio portion of the training. I really would like to start competing so I need help now. I am a 28 year old male. Any great ideas. Thank you.
