Your hamstrings are sore not your quads???

If so then do your squats today.

I would work through it....when starting a high frequency routine like full body, you are more than likely going to be a little sore when you go to workout again...after a week or so the soreness is either not near as severe or doesn't occur at all. My legs for instance get only a little sore now, but the first week back on an upper lower and I had to work through the soreness on my second lower body day.

yeah my hamstrings are sore as heck :D

I just train through soreness. I see no problem in doing so.
