I know, better to have a variety in your diet
. But Idon't want to be a body builder, I just want my arms and chest to be a bit bigger, so I don't need a very "good" diet. I just want a couple different mixtures of various foods/nutrients that will make a quick/easy meal to supply my body with food.
I take vitamins and drink plenty of water, so those aren't issues. I was thinking something along the lines of: a tbsp or so of udo's oil, a complex carb like oats, some protein powder, all mixed into milk.
