How much harm will it do me to eat a take away pizza once a week?
I don't know if it's psychological but after I have my "weekly treat" I feel fatter the next day :\
I have lost alot of fat and made some muscle gain but I don't know if it'll go quicker and if I'll see more benefits if I replace my beloved pizza with some chicken or something else along those lines.
I've cut alcohol out of my life completely and been lifting weekdays and resting on weekends.
So basically my main concern is will eating pizza or basically anything fatty on a Friday and then resting Saturday and Sunday make me put on fat instantly?
Or is it more likely to be psychological?
