i did a search for for threads and noticed that most people said they want to cut out using salt for flavoring. is a small touch of salt on boiled eggs that bad? i like them as they are even w/out salt but i wouldn't mind adding some salt occassionally

It's not bad. Just don't go overboard and use pure sea salt.

A touch of salt won't do much harm. Sodium intake is definetly something I need to work on. How much salt (if any), does everyone use in water while cooking something.

i never use it in the water. ill drop a little bit on the actual edible part of the egg after ive opened it up

1 egg = 6 grams of protein. Exactly how many eggs are you eating? 1?
