I know he screwed himself up, but the dude was gigantic! Easily the strongest bodybuilder I've ever read about as well. I remember before he even hit the pro seen Flex doing an article on him. I think he did 675lb. incline barball presses for 6-7 reps, 585lb. barbell rows, and just insane lifting weights thoughout! The video doesn't show him as being THAT strong however. That must have been pre-Muscletech... I want to get his training video just to see what the beast could do...
