a somewhat heavy set gym buddy of mine and i were having a discussion.he tells me he wants to lose the extra thickness on his face, and his forming double chin. basically i told him to start lean dieting (6 meals a day etc) and it should get him somewhere.
this may be a stupid thing to ask, but did i give him the correct advice? the man wants a sleeker face and more defined cheeks, is there something better that he can do for himself rather than what i told him?
