Swole is a new creatine supplement put out by Syntrax Innovations. Why the warning? Well, it has a couple of added ingredients that will cause a DRAMATIC insulin spike! Now this is not the same type of spike you get with Cell Tech. This is the kind you would get with a shot of insulin(almost, not quite). The first time I tried it, within 30 minutes I was nauseus, light headed, lost my appetite, and was sweating like I had a fever!

If you use this product you must eat within 10-15 minutes of taking it...carbs and protein. Definately don't take a dose before your workout if on an empty stomach.

This is one intense product! Maybe too intense.

It makes you wonder about wherte the direction of supplements is going I thought the whole idea was to get healthy. Stick to your vitamins and minerals and get your protein from lean meats chicken fish etc, Ive never tried Swole thanks for the warning. Ihave tried creatine but Idid not like the weight gain.

for some the whole idea is to get healthy, for others the idea is to get as big as possible at any cost :D

I want to be healthy for sure, but in my quest for the "ultimate" physique, I know a few health sacrifices occur along the way. Like when I compete, I know 3% BF, and a dehydrated state is not too healthy...but I look damn good, lol.

i, too, became real nauseus after taking swole. i tried it a second time and the same thing happened. i later returned to syntrax and they gave me a full refund.

Yeah, I think they will end up reworking the formula.

it works like cell tech?? does it have lipoic acid?? and one more question, what is the price?? Just curious. It sounds too intense for me, although I might want to try it.

Same concept as Cell Tech, but much different delivery system. There is no sugar...no lipoic acid. It has 2 very intense ingredients that just make your insulin fly...too much in my opinion. You actually have to be careful with it. Price varies..not too expensive though.

What's in it?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

Creatine titrate, dimethylglycine, glycocyamine, and glucuronolactone.

what, in the name of Christ's unit, are those?!

is there any links for info on it? or where to buy it?

they told me the scoop that came in the container was too big and that was the main reason some people were having problems with swole. they also said that they were working on corrected this problem and coming out with a better version of swole.

I knew it...I knew they would have to reformulate it!

And Chicken...don't worry about those ingredients...they are only for people that do incline presses.

Yeah, the same mugs who waste loads of cash on worthless supps too i imagine. (or at least supps that aren't worth the price they cost)

i like decline press the most :) my random comment:)

using it now. get a little boost, but nothing spectacular

Thanks for the warning, I was looking at it recently, but now I'll just stick with Cell Tech

I found that if you take creatine and mix it with powdered gatoraide it is the same as cell tech,I think better, plus a hell of a lot cheaper.

just a hint.:thumb:
