I have 2 questions. I was wondering what is the best way to work your abs to get them on the way to a six pack........adn also i have been working out 3x a week for a mounth or so now I have not gained a pound I still am 130# (5'9) I have noticed I have been toning up a little bit but thats it. I know i am not supposed to see significant results untill 3 mouths or so but should i been gaining a lil wieght after a month. Anyways what is your opinon on protein shakes think they will help me out?
