Basically my gym has no squat rack which sucks so I load up a barbell swing it up and perform front squats. I've started fairly light 3 sets of 95 lbs for 8 reps , and figure I'll be doing 105 for 8 reps next leg day. I weigh approx. 135lbs at 5'8.5". Does this seem like im doing a decent weight for frontal squats for my weight? Any insight too my question or how I'm forced to squat would be appreciated thanks.
