Hey guys,
I'm about to run some clen, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off x2. The pills I have are 50mcg's each, just wondering if starting at 50mcg for the first week, then going to 100mcg's for the second week would be acceptable. Most articles and cycles I've read say to start at 40-60-80-100 and so on. I can't break it down anymore then that cause of the capsules.
Will be supping with Taurine, Potassium, Protein, Multi-v's.
Can I still use my pre (jack3D)?
And is Creatine ok to run as well?
Any help would be appreciated.
