About to start my 1st D-Bol cycle! need advice

Hey guys,

I am about to start my first cycle, but im not sure as to how often to train. Does the 1 muscle group a week apply when using steroids???
Also is there any tips you can give me on how i can keep as much as possible of my gains after using steroids???

I would do some reading, from what I hear doing a dbol only cycle is not a good idea. Stack it up with some test. Dbol is hard on you so only use it for about 4 weeks and after that just keep doing the test. Keeping dbol gains in extremely hard, stack it up if you want to keep your gains.
 
Advice, put some test in there. All water gains by itself wont make for good keepable gains.

Do you think i will keep any of the gains after using D-bol for about 4 weeks???
The reason i ask is, this is pretty much the only stuff i can get my hands on, and if it all goes away i dont see much point in spending the money!!! Any suggestions, thanx
 
Some people lose it all, but I have heard of one person who said he kept half.
 
take:

500mg testosterone a week 1-10
400mg deca durabulin a week 1-10
30-40mg d/bol a day 1-4
20mg nolvadex a day 1-10
clomids for end

this is great cycle for you man

one of my friends claims to have gained 30 pounds while he was on a 6 week cycle then kept 15 of it

donno if its true
 
Amazing he didn't drop dead of a heart attack, sounds like anadrol more than dbol by itself. Some people gain 5 pounds of water during the day on drol.
 
yeah he did 50mg per day for 6 or more weeks.... what an idiot
 
Its on the high side of weight gain for 6 weeks, if he was a lighter guy it would be especially high since I sort of look at it as a ratio. If your shooting for 30 pounds in 4-6 weeks though, I'd really watch that blood pressure.

d bol gains

I've read alot about how diffucult it is to keep the gains from a taking d bol, I can tell you from my own personal experience that keeping the gains is very possible. I'm new to the world of roids, but have tried to educate myself as much as possible to how they work and to train while taking them, without a doubt keeping your gains will depend so much on your training, diet and rest, my first cycle was only 3 weeks long of 25mg of d bol a day and 15mg of winstrol ed, I put on 10 pounds of weight, I'm sure some of that was water retention, but no doubt my strength shot up and maintained that weight and strength gains for three weeks now after my first cycle. I started at 195lbs and and now am at 205lbs, waist size actually went down a bit, I'm 37yo, 6'1 so I'm sure that someone a little younger could have even better results. I did take milk thistle and drank cranberry juice on the cycle, didn't seem to have any problems with liver or kidneys. I would like to say that reccomending to a new person to take 75mg a day of d bol seems very high, everything that I've read says that for a new person 20 - 25mg ed for up to 6 weeks will produce very good results, it did for me.
