d bol gains
I've read alot about how diffucult it is to keep the gains from a taking d bol, I can tell you from my own personal experience that keeping the gains is very possible. I'm new to the world of roids, but have tried to educate myself as much as possible to how they work and to train while taking them, without a doubt keeping your gains will depend so much on your training, diet and rest, my first cycle was only 3 weeks long of 25mg of d bol a day and 15mg of winstrol ed, I put on 10 pounds of weight, I'm sure some of that was water retention, but no doubt my strength shot up and maintained that weight and strength gains for three weeks now after my first cycle. I started at 195lbs and and now am at 205lbs, waist size actually went down a bit, I'm 37yo, 6'1 so I'm sure that someone a little younger could have even better results. I did take milk thistle and drank cranberry juice on the cycle, didn't seem to have any problems with liver or kidneys. I would like to say that reccomending to a new person to take 75mg a day of d bol seems very high, everything that I've read says that for a new person 20 - 25mg ed for up to 6 weeks will produce very good results, it did for me.
