hi ive been recently working on my abs. i kind of have a six pack but my right side of my abs seems to be higher than my left side. does this mean that my right side is stronger? what can i do to even them out? thanks

It is impossible for one side to be stronger than the other.....the rectus abdominus is one muscle, not six different little ones. It only appears that way because it is split down the middle by the linea alba but it is one muscle.

My abs do the exact same thing. Does anyone know what causes that?

Not everyone's abs line up perfectly like a pro bodybuilders, it's tough luck genetically, there's really nothing you can do.:(

Look around....you will see that you are normal :D

Are there like any stretches or something to line them up? Or am I just stuck with lopsided abs?

Dude! You weren't listening. Genetics, normal etc...thats the way it is!

Not that I have ever heard of, no.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I was listening, but i thought maybe there was a way to even it out.

:) Ok, but I still have never heard anything like that. Someone else may have a different opinion.

damn that sucks cause the right side of my ab is at least a couple of centimeters higher
