Abs

I would probably go with every other day or 3X a week.
 
I've heard you can do it up to every day, but I personal have pretty large abs just from stabilizing my compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, etc


true story, abdominal muscles are made of a special super self generating muscle fibre that can actually be worked everyday without over training. every other muscle in the body requires rest and adequate nutrition to repair and rebuild, abd however can be trained all day every day for optimal results....
 
i train my calfs and abs everyday, on workout days.
