Abscess?

Hello guys,
im pretty worried right now, because i assume i may have an abscess in my shoulder. I injected 250 mg (cycle is 250mg e7d) testosterone enantat on monday and now i got this egg on my shoulder. In the pictures the location i injected i marked with a red dot.
What i wonder is: the egg is pretty far away from the injection site, so i assume, if it is an abscess it is a sterile abscess.
The spot is red, a little bit warm, but not very warm and painful to touch, but not very painful (the area next to the egg is much more painful to touch than the egg itself). I dont have fever.

I get hardened muscles almost every time i inject and often the tissue is swollen and red and painful, but it usually goes away after a few days. I also doesnt depend on the brand of testosterone i use. I switched to shoulders because i had this a lot of times in my legs, when i injected in vastus lateralis.
Before this time, i almost always was a little bit red and painful, but not as much as now...

What do you guys think? Is it normal that after an injection the site is inflamed very often and the muscle is hardened? And could it be an abscess this time?

Apply hot and cold compresses alternating between them....take 800mg ibuprofen followed by 400mg every 6-8 hours..

Do not massage..rub or poke at it...

Most sterile abscess dont do much but get hard unless you jack with them...abscess will follow gravity (so down your arm)but more so if you mess around and rub them...

Run the hot/cold and ibuprofen and see if that doesn't clear it up.....levaquin works real well on a septic abscess but I'm not sure if you have a sterile one you messed with or septic...

How long ago did you pin? And why the fuck are you pinning your bicep?? That's too low bro. Besides Delt pins are for Bro's with some serious meat. Cannon ball shoulders. If your going to be a dumb ass then stick to the glutes.

I pinned where the red dot is, 6 days ago, the red circle is the area where the abscess (?) is.
It was only 1 ml (with 250mg TE in it), as far is i know that is not too much for the delta. It worked way better than pinning the thighs.
Maybe i pinned the same location twice in a week, i didnt remember if i pinned left or right shoulder the week before, so i threw a coin. Maybe that is one of the reasons? In retrospective it would ve been better to just take the thighs...

I am taking ibuprofen now and maybe it will be better tomorrow...thanks for the advice.
Or would you recommend me to go to a doctor?

If it was 6 days ago maybe wait a few more days and see if it goes down watch for it to become more swollen red and hot. Also if you start running a fever then go to the doctor. I have had some go this way even doing everything right. It took about a week and it went away.

If its still there after a week it may be a problem. Keep checking to see if you have a fever brother

Heat then cold. Heat to bring blood flow to the area for healing then cold to evacuate the toxins.

What guage needle are you pinning with? There is really no reason for the hot spot to be outside the delt unless you missed the muscle and it leaked down your arm. You will always swell up if you miss the muscle. This will clear up in about 10 days. It just takes time and anti-inflamatory's

no it doesn't mean you had to miss the muscle...when a abscess occurs the body send enzymes and cells to circle the foreign substance..then the body moves it to the surface to excrete it..when this happens most abscess's sit just under the skin and then are subject to going south with gravity..that's why the lump is well below the injection site..

don't give advice or opinions on something like this if you don't know what your talking about..its makes it more confusing and dangerous for the one asking for advice..

I ve just been at the doctor and he said...he has no idea, so he sent me to another doctor on wednesday.
I dont have fever, arm doesnt hurt anymore, but theres still the lump. Do you guys think i can workout today?
