TB- 500 ( peptide ) - Abscess / Lump

About 40 hours ago I've had my 17th injection of TB 500.
2mg of TB-500 was premixed with 0.5ml of bac water, left to dissolve for about 4 hours and then loaded into a 12mm insulin syringe and injected into my lower quad.

Today while taking a shower I have noticed a biggest post injection lump yet.
Its solid to touch, it feels warmer than the rest of my body but it is not painful to touch.

As for antibiotics I have access to the following:
-Amoxycillin and Potassium Clavlunate
-Cephalexin
-Dyxycycline Hyclate

Medical room will be my last resort.

Any advice from experienced users will be appreciated.

Cephalexin 1g to start then 500mgs 2-3xper day up to 2g max per day usually 1week and youl be fine
