hello i just wanted to thank everyone for the advice and help i've been given on this site, today i finally achieved a 100kg bench press, a year and a half ago i started lifting and at that time i could only lift 40kg for 5 reps and weighed 10 and quarter stone, today im 12 stone and have a 1rm of 100kg a target i've been chasing for some time but plateaued and couldn't seem to reach it, recently people have given me some advice about tweaking my diet and eating a few more 100 calories a day, this seems to have paid off so thank you!
