Could use some advice. I've been diagnosed with tendonitis in both achilles tendons. I've been doing Test E (200 mg/wk for stretches of 3-4 months) on and off for years and Peps (grf 1-29 modified and ipamorelin for about 4 years.) Could any of this stuff be contributing to the tendonitis? I'm in my 50s so that may be part of the issue. I've been seeing a physical therapist but so far the traditional exercises and ultrasound treatments hasn't helped.

Are there any AAS that are either known to cause or to help with tendonitis?

Any advice is appreciated because aside from being very sore it's almost impossible to do cardio, such as jogging, and any lifting that puts a strain on them is pretty much out also. Thanks, old_man

When the doctor gave his diagnosis did he give you treatment options or just send you to a PT. I personally would try celebrex that should help somewhat.

Celebrex, TB-500 and/or a cortisone shot.

My osteopath sent me to a physical therapist. He did say a couple of things though. He wouldn't recommend Celebrex because my blood pressure is a bit high. He also said cortisone for an achilles problem is hit or miss because it's not like a joint where you basically know where to put it. He also said cortisone is kind of hot or miss anyway because some people get good results with it and others don't. I apprecite the suggestions though. If I can't figure anything else out, I'll discuss both options with him again.

What about the T, is that known to cause or worsen tendonitis? I can't seem to find any info pro or con?

I looked into TB500 as was suggested. Has anyone had any direct experience with it (good or bad) in treating tendonitis?
