ACL injury? Juice/HGH help or hurt?

Is there a certain type of juice(for example- Deca)that would help with the reconstructed ligament healing up? Also, woulf HGH help?

HGH would be wise, but I would ask a doctor before I started it if you only want to run it for that reason.

i had my acl done and the surgry is very common. honestly what is hgh gona help you heal 1 week or 2 faster? just focus on the rehab after words and your be alset, took about 4-5 months for me to feel comfortable with it again. the HGH or gear will only add more factors to your rehab when your gona have enough as it is
