Last week i started back on my early morning exercise routine with 40 minutes of cardio a day. Now what i was curious to know is does a person who is just starting cardio exercising going to burn more calories in a time period than a person who has been doing the same exercise for say three months for the same time period.

For an example, lets say that fat ass mule just starts doing cardio. and he decided to start running with one of the young boys from the local track team(motivation for Mule) Now will mule burn more calories than the track boy in the same ammount of time because he is winded easier and has work harder?

Lets say that mule has been training for two months now. Is he burning the same ammount of calories in the same time period as he was when he first started chasing...err training with the track boy?

I would like to hear your comments. i thought of this when i was running This morning and totally irritated that it was so hard for me to keep going at the same rate i had last used two months ago.

you will burn more calories when first starting out, because the body gets used to it and becomes more efficient energy expenditure wise, which means you'll end up burning less. it helps, to switch up the type of cardio you do. intervall training/sprints also help.

Am I really a fat ass!! I didnt think so!! RRRRRRR! Damn it ill start running at the end of Feb... MAN SCREW YOU!!!!!
LOL
