If I spend about 40 minutes lifting weights(arms), then go straight to a cardio workout for about 50 minutes (involving legs), would it be an overly long work out, or would it not matter since each involves different muscles?

That includes strecthing, and then I do crunches and sit ups.

I do 15 min cardio......then 30-45 min weights......then 25 min cardio.

training just arms should take 20 minutes max.

I work out for around 2 hours 4-5 times a week, but I take my time and sometimes talk to people. I would really have to rush to get tris, bis, and forearms done in 20 mins. It takes me about 20-30 mins for one part of the arm.

train first and then talk after your workout. :thumb:
