Although I'm not sure how effective adding T4 with T3 would be considering T4's main benefits are through its conversion to T3, however I could not find any negative posts about doing so?
My conditioning stalls around 4 weeks out when all I need is to dial my glutes in. Would adding T4 at this point help keep progress moving to dial in the glutes?
