I am a football player half the year and a wrestler the other half, this causes a confliction, during football season i have to be a big bulky linebacker, then cut all the weight i put on to make wrestling weight, i have been doing it on my own for years but i think it is time to take advantage of supplements. All my friends/teammates do them and they seem to stack and cut more efficiently than i am. I am a freshman in college, was the top dog in high school, im looking to step my game up with the competition. Wrestling is starting, I am currently 240,18% BF (not official) and need to cut weight to around 200 as fast as possible. any help?
