tallguy please you are american so don't teach me football (soccer) the name is FOOTBALL by the way.....and i used centerfield because i translate it from french and that is the word we use ....so again and i was making a point about cardio and stamina when i talked about FOOTBALL ...since cardio is the subject of this thread right????and gave an example maybe a bit exaggerate it to make a point....and yes my son can break your arms as he clocks no less than the pros .....hitting the ball hard is not a big deal it is not the point of the game....as for you before talking to me ..go learn some manners
Learn some manners? How about you take your own advice? Your a natty right? Don't take gear, don't take supps other than a protein shake every now and then? So you should STAY in the natty section! Not venture over here to the anabolic section criticizing others... how RUDE does that make you? I proved my point however as you admitted you exaggerated, which means you could be and probably are exaggerating everything you say! Case closed... please leave this section and do not return! If you wanna comment in any section on TRAINING and NUTRITION I'm sure we would be okay with that, however please refrain from commenting about gear and the use of it!
