Advice on a new notebook please

I am not a computer person. I have had fairly good experiences with Dell, so I am looking at getting this (third one from left, Inspiron E1405):

Can someone please give me advice? i.e. not enough hard drive, processor too slow, etc. Also, please recommend an alternative if there is one clearly superior.

Finally, if anyone knows how I can get one with no payments for 12 months, that would be awesome. Thanks.

Depends on your goals. People will give you a bunch of arbitrary specs, but they don't mean anything without purpose.

anyone know anything about HP? Is it a good brand? They are a lot cheaper than Dells
