hello everybody
would like to receive information about diets.
My experience with diets:
When I eat a normal balanced diet with proteins, fats and carbohydrates. I am constantly hungry and can not stop thinking and eating food. I am gaining weight like crazy and it's tough because I have been very easy to put on my weight.
I have tested with a diet that is high in proteins, fats and very low in carbohydrates. my experience with the type of diet is that I am less hungry and have better control when it comes to not overeat, I keep the weight well.
Both diets are based on the same calorie level, but when I eat the diet that should be well balanced and good for me, it's always the one I fail. The higher protein and fat content is the one I make myself the best at
someone who has the same experience?
someone who can explain a bit more detail? it is always much speculation wherever I go. When I'm at the gym is always dieting something everyone talks about and when people hear what I do find them it sounds dangerous and crazy high in fat and low in carbohydrates. I have read a bit about this and feel I may need some advice from people from this community
Best regards
