Welcome to IMF.

Please do your own research.
Read about other people's experiences to help you figure out what's best for you.
Diet plays a huge role. You need to eat more food. Weight gainers are no substitute for real lean protein and the right carbs.
Consult a physician and nutritionist. No advice you get here is a substitute for a genuine medical opinion.
You may well receive advice here but don't expect anyone to do all the work for you.
Research the forums.
Read the posts, stickys, etc.
There are some great threads on cycles...you need to research it yourself.
There are many logs and accounts on cycles from first time to advanced continuous.
Steroids aren't a magic pill. There's so much more to it than swallowing some orals every day and injecting oils twice a week.
There's even more information in the elite members forum including valuable ebooks that are for elite members only.

The best way to quit using anabolic steroids is to not start using them in the first place.

Elite Membership unlocks access to valuable ebooks and a wealth of information in the Elite Members section...CHECK IT OUT.

My best advice is for you to seek a doctor's opinion and assistance.
Short of that...eat more and think about prohormones cycles before ever taking the plunge into steroids.

How tall are you? You won't gain much off a liquid diet, regardless that it is mostly protein.. You MUST EAT solid food.. You aren't eating enough if you have plateaued at 158lbs... you have to increase your calories.. list your diet and we can help you out...

I agree with OB also for a cycle there is alot of good info on here that will help you out. Take some time and dig through the site and you will see there is damn near an answer for all of your questions. I was in your shoes a couple months back and just from digging through the site I have had almost all of my questions answered with out even asking them on here.

My first "Coach" was a big fan of the "kiss" principle "keep it simple stupid" And while a lot has changed since the early 90's I still stick simple basic and proven protocols no need to reinvent the weel. look around on the board and find a good ole' fashioned basic cycle recommended by one of the heavy hitters. make sure your diet and training are in order and for cryin out loud dont ignore the anciliaries, if HCG is recommended with the cycle, use it and follow the pct protocol, otherwise your gains will melt like snow. the biggest mistake I ever made as a grean pea was cheaping out on Hcg and pct.

if your 158 with three years of training your diet is off and your not allowing your self to recover properly. 2k a day of calories, that is what I take to cut my weight. That is a deficit. Get closer to 3600 a day and you will notice ALLOT of change. Do not get on gear until you can maintain that diet.

Do a simple test only cycle for 10-12 weeks. I recommend test-e for your first. It's twice a week, simple, and smooth. Take it from my experience, it's important that you understand what it feels like for the test to 'kick in', and since it's your first, you will make good gains with less $$. You can start throwing in some other compounds on your second one.

This is after you get your diet in check first bro.

If you insist on doin it like most people end up doing make sure u do some research bro. The last thing we want is u fucking yourself up. Look at the sticky at the top of the page first cycle and pct. follow that to a t for ur first cycle. If u don't pct u could harm your endocrine system for good or lose all your gains. Make sure u run an ai also when u decide to cycle otherwise u could end up with gyno and no chick wants a guy with moobs

^^^ yup i through away probably 6 months of training and cycling due to this. Lost every thing period... Freaked out from sides and just jumped off and thought nolva was enough for PCT, but I used nolva with tren which is a 19-nor, just because the guy saling it said it would be fine. Which in reality only reason why he said it was find is because he had no clomid and wanted my money. He told me clomid is really harsh and nolva will be fine. Yeah, fucked me up even more.

I've been reading a lot lately about nolva up regulating prolactin receptors

Good thing I got clomid. And getting ready to order caber

I'm not very prone to estrogen sides besides when I found out my ai was bunk lol. But I'm really prone to prolactin sides aka puffy nips and possible lactation :(. I got prolactrone for my upcoming tren cycle. Really looking forward to it

I might have to get me some of that cause I have no clue how I'm going to react to my tren

I was taking .5 eod of caber and it was just enough. I've seen people taking 2 caps a day of prolactrone on a fairly heavy tren cycle and them being ok. Everyone is diff tho

Also I had a reaction to tren that I've never really heard of. I got itchy as fuck. I barely made it 5 weeks on my first run till I couldn't take it anymore. Tried everything. Benadryl all that didn't help. Then I got the nuts to run it again and made it up to 75 Ed and it was the best cycle I've ever had. Strange shit

ill be running 100eod for the last 4 weeks of my cycle I'm excited to see what it does

Good luck bro. Some people get horrible sides some get hardly anything

First off...THANK YOU for posting your stats moussari! This is what we want in the anabolic section. That's why I'm not sure why these guys are giving you such a hard time. Now don't get me wrong I will be the first to call someone out about stats but at least you posted yours. It is also a good idea to take a look at the "first cycle and pct" sticky. With that being said, first off I have to agree with Overburdened, you have to eat more and we need to see a diet plan. Secondly, if you are not willing to eat more then don't even bother with the gear because you will just be flushing your money down the shitter. This game is at least 75% nutrition if not more and if you don't eat right then all the juice and training in the world isn't going to help, unless Flex Wheeler or Phil Heath is your dad. Also if you are going to do this make sure you have your full cycle in hand before your start. That means gear, AI, and pct. Once you have all that in hand a good beginners dose will be...ok, to be continued until you post up your diet. Let's see how much you want it brother.

I only gave him a hard time because the info he's looking for is here on this board already.
His initial inquiry is far superior to most in that he did post stats.
Unfortunately, he's not done near enough training or research if he thinks protein shakes are a proper diet.
I used to do 6000 calories a day in shakes plus 2 full meals (so long ago in jr high I needed to bulk up for football). I didn't gain but a few lousy pounds.
Once I started eating 6 full meals a day (mostly protein) I gained and gained. Still used shakes for snacks. But the bulk of my protein and carbs was from FOOD.

There is so much first cycle info to sort through. It can be confusing.

He needs to read that info available to him here and then ask specific questions based on what he's learned through his own research.
First, he needs a sensible diet. I would always recommend consulting a physician and an athletic/BB nutriotionist. I also recommend PH's before AAS.

It is my sincere hope that the OP has taken the diet advice offered here and is in search of or already implementing a diet more in line with achieving his goals.

The above is my own opinion. It may not be in the majority, nonetheless it is still my opinion. So many noob's are looking for a quick and easy answer and wanting someone else to do the bulk of the work for them.

I am tracking what you are saying Paranoid fitness. I agree with the diet and more research whole hearted. That is why I told him to read the sticky and post his diet before we offer more help. Don't let my post count fool you. I might only have 600 some odd posts but I have been reading this board for a while now. I have seen guys torn apart, negged, and just down right insulted. Most deserved it but a few didn't. As I stated before, look at my prior posts. I have been guilty of ripping a guy up because a "no stat post dumb ass question" that could have been looked up very easy. But when a guy comes to this section for answers, I believe if he posts his stats and other info members ask him to post(we shall see) then we should try to help if we have the answers. Now I'm no HeavyIron, Overburdened, or Digitalash(sorry if I left out a few of the other knowledgeable bros) but I try to help when I can. I would rather him or anyone for that matter get advice here then from some "gym rat" that thinks that taking one shot of test e every 6 weeks is good and oral d-Bol is fine at 500 mg a day.

I hear ya, brother.
Diet and training and the right attitude are 90% of the game.
We think a lot alike.
BTW: Protein powder does have its place in the diet. Just not as the main source of nutrition or in place of proper meals.
I still drink Syntha-6 myself when I'm training. Even when I'm not training, sometimes I use it as a snack or dessert, not a meal replacement.

You need more food. 2000 cal's? Lol. At least double that and you might be on to something. Check the diet and nutrition part of the forum first. Try that for a while, than read the sticky at the top.
End thread.

On a side note, haven't been on here in a while but wow this forum has sure changed.
