I have been using a 3 day workout program for about a year (switching up the routine a little every now and then), but recently I switched to a 4 day a week routine, 2 different workouts, it has been a month or so and I can't seem to get used to it. I feel really wore out during my 3rd and 4th workout. I am 38 but I am in pretty good shape, I don't think I'm an old man but maybe I am
Do I need more rest between workouts or will my body eventually start feeling a little less overworked with time?
