Sometimes, but not really, I wonder how these people get so messed up. I've done a copious amount of various drugs at the same time and not once have I ended up like that lady or tried eating peoples faces for that matter. I remember in grade 11 I ate an ounce of good shrooms to myself and even then I was no where near where this woman was.

easy way to deal with that is drop the stretcher to the ground, get it close to her..if you can't get her into restraints you ask the pd or fd for a hand. If shits really out of hand, backboard her.
throw a NRB on her at 15 O2 and bring her to the ED

I saw about 9 new potential injuries in all of that mess

The quantity isn't the issue 95% of the time, its the purity. Some of the cutters/fillers that have/are being used are ridiculous and 10X more volatile then the original drug itself.
If you know/trust your source...go big or GTFO.

What's crazy about that is only the people here would know how FUBAR that really is. When I googled "heroin laced with clen" they just referred to clen as something used to clean the airways of horses with one-two words about bodybuilding. Clen is not something for the uninitiated, shit that blows my mind. Read the other day about the new "flesh eating" drug there is some fucked up stuff out there now. I am so glad my days of dumb uninformed decisions are behind me, now I just make dumb decisions based off of years of deep research and experience.
