Heck, I can't even do that. I haven't done curls for 13 months now due to bicipital tendonitis, but even before that, I was only curling 35 lbs each arm.

I hope to be doing as well as you when I'm 79.

I can tell you my mother's issues with food - post gallbladder surgery, she finds eating anything "bad" (read in BB talk "not clean") gives her indigestion. She basically eats a BB's diet. Lots of chicken, greens, red meat once or twice a week, complex carbs, fish sometimes, eggs. Prepared simply.

No one's mentioned going slowly up to 2K calories - you might have some digestion issues (there's a lot of this in my family), so work up to your 2000 cals.

I found out yesterday, that one cannot go from twelve hundred to fifteen hundred, or more calories. I consumed two cups of raw egg whites and had a large Rib eye,,,did I pay for the extra calories....I won't do that again for a while...I will increase slowly over a period of weeks. Thank you for the advice and I wish I had it sooner.
