AI cycle support, what to mix with??

I have been taking this for a few days now before i start my MM cycle and its KILLING me!! This stuff tastes horrible I tried water... huge mistake and i've tried milk.. a little better but it still tastes pretty bad. It doesnt mix well at all, sort of like mixing water and oil. Does anyone have any suggestions on how/what to mix it with? I cant see myself choking this stuff down for a month
