being a college kid, i do drink a shit ton of beer. besides the obvious empty calories and carbs, does alcohol itself pose any negative impact on muscle growth??
I've been busy and gone for a few months with my work schedule, so I've just been stopping back through here.
I have to say it sucks to see so many people in so many threads are more into acting like children then offering help and advice as the board has always been.
