Hey, I have been on diiferent website trying to figure out the nutritional facts for BONELESS, SkiNLESS CHICKEN WITH RIB MEAT....they all seem to be uncamparable in grams and calories and in protein...is there a general nuritional fact for chicken breasts??

On the bag its has
227 g

cal 250
fat 3 g
protein 52

but I am trying to figure out as far as the grams if it considering it cooked or NOT

ya..i went to nutritional data, daily plates, and more factory websites like perdue...seems because the grams and proteins all differ.

how many grams of skinless chicken breast would have 25 g protein in your case

Ah heck with it, eat buffalo.

Just kidding. Yeah I'd go with fitday OR NUTRITIONDATA.COM, they're the most trusted amongst this crowd for nutritional information across the board. I use it all the time when I plan my meals while I'm not standing at my fridge.

Hey if you like chicken as far as the protein content, have you tried wild salmon or halibut fillets? Awesome stuff.

Oh and I do recommend you eat Buffalo, all the same :lick:

ND is equal to FD IMHO ... ;)

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I like the graphs on ND though. I get an instant assessment of what I'm looking up when on the run. Cool stuff ... :)

I have a georgw foreman grilling machine ..they are great ...but a couple of time i forgot a chicken breast in there..and when i took it out It Shrenk really small...in that case...like if i had 3 0z chicken which suppose to have 24 g of protein....trenk to 1 oz does it mean the protein is burnt off...and only 8g is left????

Alright I changed it, GAH
