My name is Jon micheal. I'm 24yrs old and currently residing in northwest Louisiana. I'm 5'11 and 220lbs. My bf% is around 16%. I'm the proud father of two and husband of one great woman I'm currently cutting weight and bf% to get ready for a bulking cycle. I lift weights daily and cardio EOD. Oh did you guys just happen to hear about the bad storms that just hit Oklahoma?? Well the same system that did all the damage is rolling into my part of the country as we speak. Getting dark and nasty outside...Love It!!! Anyways my goal for entering this website is to learn and eventually make some friends and with any luck pick up some good info on what's legit out there.
