hey guys. im a freshman in school and a football player. well when football ended i was sitll only 5'6" and 118. i knew i needed a lot more size, for next year.. i read up on supplements and found out what was safe and what wasn't(luckily my parents wouldn't let me take creatine, im glad now) anyways. ive been training at school for a month and have been taking 3 servings of nitro tech a day, one after waking up, one right after my workout, and one right before going to sleep. i gained six pounds and went up to 124. i just decided to stop taking nitrotech 2 days ago and haven't had any in 2 days. my questions are how do you guys recomend i get my protein through eating. i mean, i can't have 6 meals a day, cause we are only allowed to eat at lunch in school. and also, what are the after effects, will i feel weaker and will i lose some of the weight i put on?
my goal is 140 to 150 by next season. my coach thinks i can do this naturally and i think supps are a waste of my money. they work but most are dangerous. advice please.

Dude dont post the same thing twice you stuff will get answered

If you work out, creatine will be the best for you for size and strength. Most people don't get enough protein from eating. Protein supplementation is still a given. Eat as much lean chicken, fish and meat as you can. Eggs are also very good. Right now you should be getting at least 240 g of protein a day!

Baah don???t listen to that coach, true you shouldn???t be dependent on supplements but they DO help maximize your gains.

-If you can???t get 6 meals a day, I know I can???t right now or more like I don???t feel like it, just eat as much as you can, good food not the sugar cookies they sell at the school lunch.

-Keep getting protein powder (you can get 10lbs of whey protein at $38 at https://www.allsportsnutrition.com/ )

-Creatine: It will not do any harm to you if you keep your water intake high, little to lose a lot to gain.

yeah i mgiht actually try that protein powder cause its so inexpensive. but my coach never said supps dont work, he just said i dont need them to gain muscle. prohormones are out of the question, i dont have the cash to get creatine and protein powder, so i will p-rob. just stick to protein if anything in smaller amounts than i used with nitro tech. but thanks for the link to the protein sight.:)

16 is the minimum age for creatine use

Get away from Nitro Tech, with the money you buy their product you could get good protein plus creatine for the some money. There is nothing special about nitro tech, don???t fall into their advertising, it???s all BS.
